New Construction Water Line Clearance Testing
Water line chlorination, sample collection, and certified lab testing.
Plant Technicians helps contractors, developers, utilities, and property owners clear new potable water lines for DEP, DOH, utility, or inspection requirements. We can chlorinate new water lines, collect required clearance samples, and process testing through our certified laboratory.
For line clearance, water lines are chlorinated to 10 ppm for a 24-hour clearance period. Clearance samples are collected after chlorine has been reduced to 0.2–4.0 ppm.
